For Christmas, I made my mom & sis some winter clutches using my favorite wintery material - wool felt.
Super easy and fun!
I used a pre-made plain wool felt clutch from Hobby Lobby (I don't trust myself yet with sewing zippers, people.), and some wool felt in pretty wintery colors.
I used this tutorial and this tutorial to make all sorts of flowers to put on top, added some wool felt leaves, then I just hot-glued up a storm (the wool felt is pretty thick to sew through so many layers).
I think this would be an easy gift to brighten someone's day throughout this year.
And guess what?!

One of my favorite things in the winter is drinking holiday drinks! I love pumpkin spice lattes and wassail. So festive!
Love these! It's the sort of thing I would cherish if I had but would most likely never buy for myself. (A gift for someone else, yes.) My favorite winter activity is sledding. I grew up in MInnesota and if I still lived there, would still sled regularly as an adult.

Adorable! I made a winter wreath with some of those yarn flowers. I'm going to check out your links to learn how to make more! I'd have to say that crafting is my favorite winter activity... watching the snow outside, but staying warm and creating inside!

My favorite winter activity is making dinner with my husband and then snuggling up on the couch for a movie. In the winter, if a warm, fuzzy blanket is involved (reading, sleeping, snuggling), I'm game!
So cute! My favorite winter activity is sitting next to a window, watching the snow fall while wrapped in a big, fluffy blanket with a purring kitty in my lap and a good book. Bonus if it involves boyfriend snuggles. ^_^

YAY, those are adorable! My favorite activity would be walking my dog Waffle while taking in all of the lovely Christmas lights in our neighborhood.

Have you tried needle felting? You don't have to sew or glue on what you make - the special needles do all the work. I love to sit with my two girls in our rocking chair and watch snow fall! Sometimes we sing and sometimes we just rock in silence. Bliss.

my (new) favorite winter activity has to be sipping hot tea with my hubby and watching the old claymation Christmas movies. Also listening to my Dad recite Chevy Chase's rant (from Christmas Vacation) a million times!
So pretty! My fave winter activity is putting babies in pjs, getting some Starbucks for the road, and driving all over town looking at Christmas lights.
